Administrative / Executive Assistant — Mortgage & Real Estate
LendingHouse is looking for an Administrative / Executive Assistant to help keep our daily operations organized and moving. This opportunity is geared toward candidates who have worked with a mortgage lender, real estate brokerage, agent team, or similar business.
You’ll support leadership and staff with scheduling, email correspondence, document preparation, data entry, onboarding coordination, follow-ups, and other administrative needs. We need someone dependable and proactive who can manage multiple priorities and follow through without constant direction.
Previous administrative or executive assistant experience is required. Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is strongly preferred. South Florida candidates and bilingual English/Spanish applicants are a plus.
This is a fully remote position. The ability to occasionally assist with in-person meetings or events in South Florida is a plus, with approved travel and related expenses reimbursed.
