Position : Unit Administrative Manager
Location : Ditmas Park Dialysis Center

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage patient records and schedules in both paper and electronic systems.
• Coordinate patient admissions, insurance verifications, and transportation.
• Facilitate laboratory processes, including specimen tracking and data entry.
• Oversee supply management and ordering to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in monthly Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Facility Administrator and Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.

Qualifications :

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
